Rumors| Wanted: Jolie resurrect in sequal, YEH?

I bet lots of bloke went to watch Wanted last time purely coz Jolie in the movie right? I did… hehehe…. Honestly the picture of Jolie back tattoo still haunted us till today. Jolie never fails to please us man and the woman too if you know what I mean. Wink2...



So back to popular demand the sequel reportedly has around $150 million budget with all Russian crew involved in all aspect of production. Yes!!! From Russia with Love… For all Wanted followers Timur Bekmambetov is Russian biggest filmmaker.

Speaking to a Russian newsite RIA Novosti, Fox (Jolie) will be resurrecting despite a bullet lodged in her brain at the end of the 1st film. No further information yet how Jolie to return (new role or just simply raise from the dead) still TBD. Same faith on “The Exterminator” played by Konstantin Khabensky which huge star back in Russia. The movie set to film in Russia (off cause), India and America too. No final title yet to be confirms for this sequel but they will start preparation for the film in July late autumn or winter.

Wanted is a 2008 action film which is very loosely based on the comic book miniseries of the same name by Mark Millar. The film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov and stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, Thomas Kretschmann, Terence Stamp, Angelina Jolie and Konstantin Khabensky. The storyline follows Wesley Gibson, a frustrated office worker who discovers that he is the son of a professional assassin and decides to join the entity in which he used to work, a secret guild called The Fraternity.

Production began in April 2007, with filming in the Czech Republic to later superimpose the sets on images of Chicago. Wanted was released on June 25, 2008 in the United Kingdom and June 27, 2008 in the United States, to both critical and commercial success. On January 22, 2009, it was nominated for two Academy Awards: Best Sound Editing and Best Sound Mixing.
